"Orange like vomit, 'n' $h/t." Too funny! Thing is, I kind of agreed, back when we played UT in Auburn in 2003. They had a vocal contingent, and the entire stadium was orange. Except the northeast corner, which was filled with pale, faded orange.
Carnell and Ronnie punished that UT D, and we rang up a 28-7 lead with a bootleg TD from Jason Campbell to Cole Bennett, but then Clausen and the Vols roared back, pulling to within a TD, and then driving it relentlessly down the field. Equally relentless, the Gene Chizik pass rush hurried Clause in our end, and he threw up a wounded duck that Carlos Rogers scooped up off the turf for a game-ending pick.
