An SEC Ref Would Have Taken It

2004 and 2006 anyone? said...

But never mind the fact that you refuse to say anything about Smelley's similar catch, which was ruled "incomplete" on Alabama's opening drive (despite he appeared in bounds), but the play wasn't reviewed because "the replay booth was down".

Or the LSU defender hitting the ball at the 4 yard line, yet it was oddly placed an inch away from the goal, ultimately resulting in a safety.

And speaking of the safety, the intended target was Mark Ingram who was in the path of the ball. How was that intentional grounding?

Or the fact that they only managed 14 total yards in the 4th quarter.

Anyway, you rednecks should know about screwing LSU. You cheated to defeat them in 2004 by 1 point at home. Then again, you cheated to beat them in 2006.

Not to mention, you wouldn't happen to remember that bogus "late-hit" call on Alabama in 2007 after Cox-sucker threw an incomplete pass on 4th down, which gave them a new set of downs, and PERFECT field position which gave them the go-ahead touchdown.

Worrying about Daddy was the reason you guys lost to Arkansas, then to Kentucky, and then to LSU. Now that you're doing it again, I can see UGA spanking your asses for the 4th year in a row, followed by Daddy himself!

Sucks to be Aubarn (AL) right now!

The fact that this bammer is on here pleading his case is proof that they know that LSU was screwed.

Actually it never sucks to be an auburn tiger and fortunately you will never understand that.

Since LSU only had 14 yards in the 4th quarter therefore they couldn't have scored. nice logic dbag!!!

"the replay booth was down".

I guess we can call this karma for all of the times that the play clock has "malfunctioned" at Bryant Denny while the visiting team has had the ball...only to be corrected when Bama gets the ball back. Or maybe when the same happens with the headsets. Or hell, who could forget about using the sprinklers to stop Southern Miss? This happens more at that stadium than any other in the country.

"Or the LSU defender hitting the ball at the 4 yard line, yet it was oddly placed an inch away from the goal, ultimately resulting in a safety."

It's not where the ball is first touched. It's where the ball is recovered. Man, you don't even know the rules of football!

"the intended target was Mark Ingram"

There was no intended target.

Are YOU going to refuse to say anything about the bogus pass interference call that was thrown well out of bounds and not deemed uncatchable? Later on the same flag was thrown against Bama...and waived. Why the difference? How about the blatant spearing right in front of the Tom Ritter?

It never sucks to be an Auburn Tiger. See, if Auburn loses, I still have a great job, a nice house, a beautiful wife, and three kickass dogs. Why would that suck? I don't hang my hat on what my Alma mater's football team does. Then again, I'm pretty sure that Bama isn't your Alma mater. Not that that makes any difference, but it's obvious you hang your hat on what they do. Man, it must really suck to be you.
